Take a walk on the wild side!

Jason Kaplan; running Barrel Springs on the Colorado River, in a playboat @ 1000 Cfs

Join Jason on his first trip down the "Barrel Springs" section of the "Colorado River" in his small unstable playboat that is ment for doing tricks while surfing waves and holes.  This section is class IV at this flow but turns in to a class V with a couple thousand CFS of extra water.

Jason interviews Terry Acomb in Fruita Colorado for a mixed lighting video assignment.

Gain a little insight into who Terry is; what drives him as a slackliner, and how he has helped the sport grow into what it is today, as he walkes the lines in his back yard, defying physics by being at 3 places at once...

Jason takes a whipper on his first failed attempt at the "West Side Story" route on "Cottontail" tower in the "Fisher Towers" outside of Moab, Utah.

^^****Explicit Language Warning****^^

This is what happens when things don't go your way when climbing mud towers to the sky! This was practically a worst case scenerio for Jason as generally ripping gear out and flying past your belayer is not something that you want to do.

Jason and friends make a trip through the infamous Sandthrax Canyon

Jason Kaplan and Nathan Meader lead Penny Martin through this notoriously dangerous canyon. This is the first video Jason ever edited, and the first video to show the canyon in it's entirity. The boys thought they were leading the first female through the canyon but later found out that was not the case. Heed the warning, this canyon is X-rated for a reason and it is not an objective to take lightly. At least 2 parties are known to have spent the night in this short canyon.
